Feeling under the weather? Beat your cold with this warm and pungent turmeric-infused tea, which has great anti-inflammatory properties.
Place two teaspoon-fulls of loose tea in a tea strainer. Next, put your strainer in a mug, and gently pour boiling water over the tea strainer. Let tea steep for 3 minutes then remove from mug. Enjoy as is, or add a dollop of honey to sweeten.
